JUST IN: Mike Trout Joins the Philadelphia Phillies…

The Philadelphia Phillies’ worst nightmare is this trade prediction for Mike Trout.

This Mike Trout Trade Prediction is Philadelphia Phillies' Fans Worst Nightmare

If this forecast is accurate, Mike Trout’s eventual ambition of playing for the Philadelphia Phillies would come to an awful end.

Mike Trout is the only player in the league that Philadelphia Phillies supporters would prefer to have on their team.

The celebrity is from South New Jersey, where he still frequents to watch professional sports events. Growing up, he was a big supporter of the local teams.

The Los Angeles Angels’ future is really in doubt now that Shohei Ohtani left the team during the summer; it doesn’t appear like they’ll be contending for titles or even the postseason very soon.

The Phillies are clearly in a World Series-winning window right now, evident by their last two postseason runs. There was some thought that the local kid might be looking at Philadelphia as a potential destination if he wanted to be competing in the playoffs for the remainder of his career.

He did, however, seem to put a stop to any idea that he may play for a different team this winter when he declared that he won’t be looking into trade alternatives this year or in the near future.

That won’t be the case, according to Stephen Nesbitt, who made a prediction on the “The Windup” podcast that would be the worst nightmare for all Phillies supporters.

“Mike Trout… He’ll be an Atlanta Brave at the end of the summer. Mike Trout is not satisfied with the direction the Angels are heading, so he’s going to be dealt to the Braves, I say this because,” he stated.

The worst-case situation in the whole Trout drama would be if the superstar ended up playing for their bitter rivals.

Naturally, this is merely Nesbitt’s prediction.

Trout has a complete no-trade clause, so if he really does want to be shipped out of Los Angeles, he must consent to the location of his destination. However, he may end up being dissatisfied with how things are going for the Angels.

Philadelphia is hoping that they will be at the location he desires.

Fans do, for sure.
