Ozzie Albies’ comeback to the Braves is expected to take place on Friday.

On Thursday, the Atlanta Braves declared that they have sent infielder David Fletcher to Gwinnett outright. This allows Ozzie Albies to be activated off the disabled list on Friday prior to the Cleveland Guardians series start.
If he doesn’t locate a deal that he likes, he might decide to go back. Fletcher played in five games with Atlanta, recording two hits and two RBIs while going 2-for-8 at the plate.
